HERE TO HELP

What we have to offer

Custom made products

With several years of experience in inventing, designing and materializing products and art objects, we are here to help you out!

Whether you want assistance in the design process or just want to produce a product that is already designed, we and our partners can help you.

Bushcraft

Beside making artwork, we also cherish a passion for living in nature.

Through bushcraft workshops we bring this passion to the wider public.

The development process

From A to Z

In the product development process we can help you from start to finish.

  • We start with an introductory meeting in which we discuss your wishes
  • We then conduct market research, for example into existing solutions and possibilities
  • Based on this, we make a design for you, first in the form of a concept and after approval in detail in the computer
  • Finally, we make the physical product, which can be in our workshop or physically on location.

Our services

Free introductory meeting

In a free introductory meeting on location we will:

  • Look at your idea or your wish for a product solution
  • Make a first start with exploring your idea and the possibilities

Afterwards, if we feel their is a match, we will make you a proposal for further development

Prototyping

If you want to have a product developed, making a working prototype is often an important step.

A working prototype gives you the opportunity to test whether the product works as intended.

You can contact us for prototypes that incorporate design, mechanics and electronics.

Small-run production

Would you like to have a product produced in small runs (1 to 50 pieces)?

We have various machines and tools that are suitable for the production of small runs at attractive costs.

For larger numbers or highly complex products we work together with specialized producers.

3D printing

With 3D printing you can realize complex shapes of various plastics.

Our maximum building volume is: 220 x 220 x 250 mm

CNC milling and laser cutting

CNC milling and laser cutting gives you the opportunity to create complex shapes out of wood, plastic or metal.

While CNC is best for creating three-dimensional curved objects, laser cutting is best for cutting two-dimensional shapes and engraving surfaces.

Our maximum work area for CNC milling is: 300 x 180 x 45 mm

For laser cutting the maximum work area is: 300 x 180 x Z (variable height, depending on the material)

Welding

Our workshop is equipped with an electrode welding machine for welding various metals, including steel and stainless steel.

Much more

In addition to the techniques mentioned, we have or can purchase many other machines if necessary for the production of a specific product.
